Semantic Similarity of Patent–Standard Pairs (ETSI, IEEE, ITU-T)
The dataset contains semantic similarity measures for more than 200 million patent–standard pairs across three major standard-setting organizations. The measure can be used to approximate the standard essentiality of patents.
